Vacations are Important

Taking a vacation is good for our mental, emotional, and physical health. Yet many Americans (almost half) don’t use all of their vacation time. Of those who do take vacation, > 60% work while they vacation, so they don’t reap all of the benefits. Even a short break from work is beneficial.
